Technical
- Amnet Colo allows clients full access to manage and
support equipment in their cabinet, cage or private room 24 hours
a day 7 days a week.
- As part of our commitment to make our colo facility the most
cost effective solution for our clients, Amnet Colo can perform
a variety of technical services at an additional charge.
- Level 1 support
- Reboot Equipment
- Connect or disconnect cables
- Swap a card or power supply
- Level 2 support
- Accept new circuits from carriers
- Install CSU, DSU or MUX
- Perform hardware and software loop back tests
- Level 3 support
- Cisco router installation and configuration
- Add route statements
- Install serial cards, flash, ram ...etc
- Other manufacturers are supported
- Level 1 and Level 2 technicians are available within the hour, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. (EST). We also offer "after-hours" technical services
within 4 hours of a service order. Level 3 must scheduled.
Installation
- As part of our initial installation, Amnet Colo will install:
- All cabinets, ladder rack and wire tray
- Initial cross-connects from the carrier "Meet-Me" room to customer area
- Receive all customer equipment

- As part of your monthly fee, Amnet maintains all core equipment and services:
